Parmatma Siri Sadhana

Paramatma Siri Sadhana is the founder and director of The Invincible Hall, The Motherline, a classical and contemporary kundalini training for women, Surat Shabad School and Aquarian Transmissions, daily transmissions illuminating the celestial weather and most optimal Kundalini practices from the Sat Nam Rasayan space, weaving her practices as a filmmaker and musician into relevant teaching experiences. A lifetime student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan, her visionary work is committed to the evolution of sound, meditation and consciousness ~ influencing meditative perspectives, teaching pedagogies and strategies, Aquarian perceptions, practices, the emergent lexicons of Aquarian consciousness and the ethical matrilineal progression of the Kundalini lineage.

Paramatma will be guiding morning and evening Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and sound sessions in alignment with the group process.

Jenny Terbell

Jenny Terbell is a teacher, writer, and founder of Meditate Like A Mother. She has studied Tibetan Buddhism for fifteen years under the guidance of her teacher, Lama Tsultrim Allione. In 2023, Jenny received the title of Chögyé, which means virtuous teacher of dharma, from Lama Tsultrim Allione and is a lineage holder at Tara Mandala. Jenny’s work is rooted in her experience as a woman, mother, and devoted dharma practitioner. She finds deep inspiration in the Buddhist teachings on the awakened heart, the part of us that is open, compassionate, and wise. 

 She is a certified Feeding Your Demons® facilitator and trauma-informed somatic practitioner. She offers individual and group sessions for women which lead to deeper embodiment and trust in the healing power and loving wisdom of the Sacred Feminine. Jenny holds a BA from Stanford University and an MFA from New York University. Before becoming a mother, she taught writing for ten years at NYU. She lives with her husband and her two children on the unceded Ohlone land of San Francisco, California.
